1. Seller and contact details

This shop is operated by SATORI Life Technology Inc, a corporation registered in Delaware and operating from Santa Clara, California. SATORI CELL is the company's consumer brand.

These terms govern every sale made through satoricell.com.

2. What we sell

The shop currently sells a single product: Renewal Serum, an anti-wrinkle serum in a 30ml bottle.

It is a cosmetic. It is not a drug, not a medical device, and not a dietary supplement.

The ingredient list, directions, and fill volume are as stated on the product page and on the bottle. We work to keep the page accurate, but packaging and formulation may be adjusted between batches; where they differ, the label shipped with the product governs.

Product photography is illustrative; the colour and texture of the bottle you receive may vary slightly.

3. Ordering and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email or hand the parcel to the carrier. We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the price was obviously wrong, or the order appears fraudulent — in which case you are refunded in full.

The price is the one shown on the product page when you order, in US dollars. Shipping is shown separately at checkout. Unless a page says otherwise, prices exclude any applicable sales tax, which is calculated and displayed at checkout.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Your full card number, expiry, and security code go directly to Stripe; they never pass through or rest on our servers. We receive only the outcome, the card brand, and the last four digits.

There is a per-order quantity limit, shown on the product page.

4. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not accept international orders and do not ship to freight-forwarder addresses.

Shipping is a flat $7.95 per order. It is not free, does not vary with order value or quantity, and is itemised separately at checkout.

Once payment succeeds we dispatch within 2 business days, excluding US public holidays and weekends. You receive an email with the tracking number when the parcel goes out.

Delivery time is down to the carrier. We are not liable for carrier delays, though we will help you chase them.

Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Title passes when we have received payment in full.

If an incorrect address causes a failed delivery or a returned parcel, reshipping requires shipping to be paid again.

5. Returns and refunds

You may return a product within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the seal intact.

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept opened or used cosmetics — unless the product is defective, arrived damaged, or is not what you ordered.

Before returning anything, email admin@satorilifetech.com with your order number and the reason. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Parcels sent back without contacting us first may not be processable.

For returns that are not our fault, you pay the return shipping and the original shipping charge is not refunded. If the fault is ours — damaged, wrong item, not as described — we cover shipping both ways and refund in full.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. We issue the refund within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return; how quickly it lands depends on your bank, typically another 5–10 business days.

You can cancel an order before it ships by writing to us, and we refund in full. Orders already dispatched follow the return process above.

6. Cosmetic disclaimer

This product is a cosmetic, intended to cleanse, beautify, and improve appearance. It is not a drug. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for care from a physician.

Nothing on this page or on the product page is medical advice. Skin differs from person to person; results vary, and we make no promise of a particular outcome or timeframe.

If you experience redness, burning, itching, persistent stinging, or a rash, stop using the product immediately and rinse with water. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention.

If you are under dermatological treatment, using a prescription topical, or pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a physician before use.

7. Ingredients and allergens

The full INCI list is published on the product page and printed on the bottle and carton. The label on the bottle governs — it matches the batch you received.

If you have a known allergy to any ingredient, check the list before ordering. On first use we suggest a patch test behind the ear or on the inner forearm, and waiting 24 hours.

For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Keep out of reach of children.

8. Accounts

An account is not required to order, but it lets you view your orders and save delivery addresses. Use an email address you can actually receive mail at.

You are responsible for your account and password; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been compromised.

This shop is for adults. If you are under 18, use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

9. Intellectual property

SATORI CELL, SATORI Life Tech, and the associated marks, names, and logos belong to the company.

The copy, photography, illustration, page design, and formulation write-ups on this site are protected by copyright and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without written permission.

Buying a product grants no licence to, or transfer of, any of the above.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits and lost data.

In no event does our total liability for an order exceed the amount you actually paid for that order.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded. Your statutory rights under California law are unaffected.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

The parties agree that disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

Before it gets that far, write to admin@satorilifetech.com — nearly everything can be sorted out directly.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The revised version is published on this page with its date.

The version that applies to your order is the one published here when you placed it; changes are not retroactive.
